Avery's Locker (313)

I walk in. School for people with talents. I hope this won't suck

I walk into the hallway with a yawn and bump into some guy by his locker on accident. "Sorry.." I muttered with another yawn.

I see the girl. "Oh, it's fine." I open the locker and put my stuff away. "I'm Avery."

I nodded and put my hand out for him to shake. "Maggie..nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you as well."

"I'm guessing your new here.." I say, examining him.

I nod. "I'm a singer, and guitar player."

I smiled. "Thats nice..I'm a..er...violin player." Geez..hes more like a rockstar..I'm a classical wooden instrument player.

I swallow. They really excepted people who can play the violin?

"Soo..how long have you been playing?"

"Since about 5th grade. I just started singing about a year ago."

I nodded. "Cool...been playing since I was 12..so for three years. Doesn't seem long enough, but I'm one good heck of a player."

"Well, I've been told my voice is great, and guitar playing just comes naturally to me."

"Voice is great huh? Prove it." I say with a tiny smile. I loved to hear singing....I wish I could sing O.o I sound like a tone deaf whale.

I shrugged, then decided on a song. Viva La Vida

I give him two thumbs up. "You got that right."

I sigh. "So how is school here."

I shrugged. "Got here yesterday..its okay..the dorms are amazing."

"Good, I won't be living in a crap hole then." I say smiling.

I laughed a little bit. "Trust me..this place doesn't seem like a crap hole."

"Yeah, I guess that was a no-brainner, looking at how nice the hall looks."

I nodded. "Very...modern."

I chuckle. "Yeah, very modern." I wait for a moment. "Well, I'm gonna search the school. Bye." I walk off
